Each of these stories revolve around the characters suffering from their past '8th grader syndrome' only to be bribed or threatened into helping the female protagonist, Each have that light hearted comedy aspect as well as the main character fighting his feelings for the Main female. If you've watched and liked Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai then Oreshura should already be on your list seeing as they're both very similar anime that give off the same feelings as you watch with a good flow of enjoyable and serious moments to keep you following along. We use to play things when we were little by having these strange delusional syndromes that we remembered and had fun playing with it.
In the series the main male character was use to be a delusional teen, but then has to erased it all as it was too embarrassing. It all went smoothly, until a person messed up his life, and having those fantasies come back, forcing him to go along of what they are doing.Oreshura is somewhat a harem comedy, while Chuunibyou focus on romance, and somewhat fantasy-action scenes. Both have ex-chuunibyou characters-Both are romantic comedies-The plots are pretty similar (MC tries to forget embarrassing past etc etc)-Both anime include a small group of characters in school who form a club together-'Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai' isn't a harem, whereas 'Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru' is.There aren't many things to write about in terms of similarities, but I can say that if you watched one, you will be reminded of it when watching the other. So, that said, I think that if you liked one, you will like the other.
In both anime, the main character had 'chuunibyou' in the past, which ends up bring up troubles when he goes to high school, in Chuunibyou having another classmate relive his chuunibyou times, and in Oreshura it was used to blackmail him. And in general, many scenes that happened in Chuunibyou also has similar scenes happening in Oreshua (but in a shuffled order).Note that Chuunibyou is more focused on the chuunibyou itself, while Oreshura is much more romance-oriented, thus making it a harem as well. A main male protagonist gets caught up in multitude of romance angles.
Both Nisekoi and Oreshura display relationship angles between various characters. The MC also pretends to date a popular girl at school (although for different circumstances). Throughout both series, there is implication that the main girl (Chitoge from Nisekoi, Masuzu from Oreshura) might see more to their 'boyfriend' than meets the eye.Expect comedy, drama, and misunderstandings. The main male protagonist also attracts attention of other female characters that complicates his life. OreShura and Nisekoi are similar for me because first, in OreShura, Eita, the male protagonist, has two main love interests, and have two (or more) girls included in the harem. In Nisekoi, it's like that too.
Eita even has a fake girlfriend, like Raku in Nisekoi. But the reasons are very different from each other. In OreShura, the story is more focused in the quarrels between the 'childhood friend' and 'fake girlfriend,' as the title suggests. While in Nisekoi, it's more about the character developments and how they interact with the main character and develop feelings for him. Both have pretty art that is pleasing to the eyes. But Nisekoi has better art and a more interesting storyline. Both are funny, but OreShura definitely made me laugh more.
If you like romantic comedies with very interesting characters, try Oreshura or Nisekoi. Let me just outline this out for you- A harem light-hearted comedy based around the MC and 4 girls.- Set in School- A fake relationship with the beautiful foreigner due to 'personal' reasons- The Foreigner falls for him by the end of the series- The MC has simple aspirations just to work hard and have a good life, is unnecessarily burdened and forced to go along with the relationship because reasons.- Quite relaxing, no deep plots or jump-scares- The character personalities match a lot. Like the Tsundere, the manipulative girl, the cute girl etc. Pretty much the same type of characters really. (Tropes)If you like Nisekoi, you'll appreciate OreShura, pretty much the same concept, burdening a hard working guy with girls and watching their antics. Both are comedy, romance, school, harem.- In both the male and female protagonist pretend to be dating, in Nisekoi to avoid a war between the organizations of their families (Shuei-Gumi x Beehive), already in Oreshura he is forced by the own girl (Masuzu) to prevent that other boys stay on top of her.- In the course of the anime is created a harem with other girls who were already or fell in love with the protagonist. But the relationship that was false is becoming real, feelings are developing.
Both of these anime contain similar styles of commentary and comedy. They both center around the male narrative of a guy who's had a fantasical past he's tried to put behind him. The main character often has long monologues with himself with a metaphorical cynicism of the social order and events at school.
Other than that both main characters also are a bit socially inadept and seek (or forced to seek in Hachiman's case) the help of a very intelligent girl also dealing with her own problems. Both anime take place in a high school club focused on self-improvement. In essence, both series takes place at a school life like setting. However, the main male protagonist gets caught up with a female protagonist who seems to have a strong independent personality. The main male protagonist from both series are also considered anti social and rejects the idea of love. Similarly, the main female protagonist comes off as a cold beauty. Both series also involves a club at school.
This club consists of the two main characters as members although with different objectives. The series also makes usages of comedy with humor through dialogues and interactions. Similarities:Both involves pesky girl who transferred to the guy's school. Both involves the same pesky girl who turns guy's life upside down. Both have the same school, romance, comedy and harem genre.Dissimilarities:The pesky girl in one anime is highly talented, but an airhead while the girl in the other anime is domineering and a manipulative. The harem genre in one anime is a 2 way competition.of sorts (co'z it doesn't look like there is) between the airhead girl and the guy's classmate. While in the other anime's harem genre has a 4 way competition. The school uniform for boys in one anime is not good, while the boy's school uniform in the other anime is cool. The guy in one anime is a study bug, while the guy in the other anime is game developer wanna be.One anime is 13 episode long while the other one is 24 episodes long. The character personalities are very similar.Eita is more or less like like Sorata in terms of how they react to things; Masuzu isn't really like Mashiro but she takes the place of the female transfer student; Chiwa is like Misaki because both of them are full of energy but still have their serious moments; and I haven't read the manga but I believe Himeka is to be like Nanami, one sided love and what not.The artwork is somewhat the similar as well. Setting mainly at a school. However, although OreShura has only released 4 episodes, I think Sakurasou is more emotional.
Similarities:-Both become better friends through a club-Multiple girls liking one guy-Guy doesn't have love on his mind (or doesn't make it clear)-Lots of things that take place are club activities-Both are based around a school-Both are comediesNon-similar features:-All the members of the club share feelings for the male-The club is based around making friends rather than becoming 'better maidens'-The male doesn't seem to care about his educationOverall they're pretty similar so I would recommend watching it. Similarities:Both involve guys who want to avoid romance. Both involve girls coming into guys' lives. Both have the same school, comedy, harem, and romance genres.Dissimilarities:Guy in one anime is gynophobic, while guy in the other anime he is simply too busy for romance.Guy in one anime is a very good student while guy in the other anime he is just an average student. The guy in one anime is centered around one girl, while the other guy in the other anime has all his harem members competing for his affection. Both anime has a male and female character with chuunibyou or used to have chuunibyou. In Oreshura, the male is embarrassed of it whereas in Inou-Battle, the male is proud of it and vice-versa for the female characters. The romance is really similar in how the main girls has feelings for the male protagonist. Additionally, Oreshura is a harem and contains a bit of ecchi whereas Inou-Battle doesn't. Instead, Inou-Battle has supernatural aspects.Anyways, the series both give me very similar impressions!
Of course these two are similar because they are both your standard, vanilla harem show, but what what makes them noticeably connected is the main male leads mentality. Both are very studious and value education more than your typical youthful fantasies, especially the idea of falling in love. They share this sentiment largely because they want to help their family financially. The art styles are both surprisingly unique but similar to each other. Boasting bright pastel colors and giving the female characters bold hair colors that really make them stand out. Not only are they both a harem, but the main characters are both introverts (or at least in some way anti social).-The girls in the anime takes time to develop feelings for the MC.-Kawaii waifus-Both MC's arent dumb, and are actually quite intelligent and get high grades-Both MC's have a past that is a lot different to their present selfThey are really good animes that i think anyone who likes romance could watch.
Electric circuits 9e nilsson solutions manual. This is not your typical harem, and they both have average character development. Not bad for a harem at all.
Both series involves a main male protagonist who gets involved with a strange girl in the very first episode. They form a relationship and endures many events together. Both series' main male protagonist also has other love interests that occasionally causes mayhem for the duo. Both series makes various jokes with the main female protagonist being the center of it all that often results in embarrassing moments for the main male protagonist. Both series takes place at a typical high school setting where there is drama, comedy, and romance.
